                                前接纸平台采用气动升降结构。                                                                                                        平台升降采用液压系统控制,结构可靠,运行稳定。
                                清废机前端配有中压风机,达到清废效果的同时,使纸板能贴紧输送皮带平稳输送。                                                                                 可适应一开二、一开三的生产需求。
                                每个震荡清废结构由独立电机传动,通过不同的抖动频率可实现更好的清废效果。                                                                                  叠纸架可根据不同需求来实现自动与手动两种操作模式,前端接纸平台采用气动升降结构,方便前端印刷机拆装模板。
                                抖动皮带采用进口圆柱形高弹性皮带,不易损伤纸板。                                                                                              前端接纸配有压条压纸机构,使纸板在移动的过程中更平稳;后端配有太阳轮压纸机构,使纸板水平下落。
                                带有半圆槽的圆柱形皮带轴可随意调整皮带位置,适应各种异形纸板的生产需求,实现一开二、一开三的纸板分流。                                                                   后接纸挡板可根据纸板的长度,由手轮调节前后距离,从而适应不同形状的纸板堆叠。
                                清废机后端设有强力风机和毛刷装置,使抖动起来的废纸从纸板上落下,以达到清废的最佳效果。
